jeff L. rockville, maryland May 03, 2021 "The tech was nice and seemed to do all the maintenance checks as far as I could tell, but he could use guidance on how to interact with customers, so the customer has confidence in the company and its products and is not left to think an expense piece of equipment recently purchased can no longer be used because the company doesnt stand behind the product. Also, I am very specific about my garden and water set-up. In the future, please advise your people that if they need water, they shouldnt take it upon themselves to disconnect and reconnect hoses. I have had equipment broken by experienced and well-meaning workers and prefer to be notified if someone needs to use the hose. I am grateful Joselino Ramirez was also on the call. He is very professional and helpful. I am waiting to hear about a part replacement and hope the company will stand by the expensive air filter system I purchased. I have noticed a decline in customer service over the years and many people dont seem to stay long. I hope you value and encourage Joselino and others like him to stay."
